Testimonials
Meet Your Teacher: Kimberly Dunn
Having grown up in a multicultural family, Kimberly has always loved traditional food cultures. She spent her twenties living in China and France, taking cooking classes in many parts of Asia and Europe. She is inspired to teach beyond recipes, encompassing the culture and relationship to food that is the foundation of true nourishment.
During a couple years sabbatical while facing chronic illness, she discovered and experienced the magic of healing through food. Some of the modalities that inform her perspective on nutrition are Macrobiotics and GAPS (Gut & Psychology Syndrome).
Currently living in Asheville, Kimberly feels inspired to share her culinary and wellness experiences.
